To contact our technical support, please contact our Support team indicating the Service ID (email or IP address of the server) and a detailed description of the problem. In case of emergency, you can also follow up by giving us a call to speed up the process.

Our engineers are solving network and server hardware problems as soon as possible, maintaining the reliability of not less than 99.9% per month.

Manual OS reinstallation is done in due turn.

Our system administrators can help with setting up the operating system, or emergency recovery during working hours at the rate of €50 per hour.

Normally our specialists are only administering the OS or other software on the client’s server if it is a Managed Server.
