Can I visit the data center for scheduled maintenance of the equipment of our company?
Next to the servers location in the data center there is a special Operators` Room, where you can carry out scheduled maintenance and repairs to your equipment with the support of our qualified specialists. Scheduled maintenance is carried out during working hours of regular business days after making a written request. In situations when a customer has numerous equipment units we can arrange for the customer to carry out work in the sealed zone of the data center, in the presence of our engineer.

Is it necessary to request a pass in order to visit the Data Center and access the equipment?
Book a workstation in advance by sending us a request to our Technical Support Service. The request needs to be filed not less than 24 hours before visiting us, although for emergencies, we allow our customer two hours notice, such notice requires the passport details of the people who are planned for such visit to the data center (not more than two persons at a time). Data center visits are to be carried out during working hours.
