Credit cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club cards via the secure payment systems 2Checkout. We also use various methods to fight credit cards fraud both to protect ourselves and the holders of credit cards used for paying for our services.

We record IP-address and provider data from people using a credit card and check that the client`s address agrees with the data of the credit card.

When a fraudulent credit card is used or when a card is used by a person without authority to use it, we reserve the right to stop delivery of our services with an additional notice regarding fraudulent use of a credit card facility to law enforcement authorities for their investigation.

If you receive a credit card statement with the name of our company, but you have not ordered our services, please, advise us immediately. Payments on your statement will be marked as "2CO*HOSTKEY" or "HOSTKEY".

Payback procedure

Should you be dissatisfied with our services for some reason, please do not hesitate to inform us about it. We are working hard to make our services as simple and convenient as possible to the user. Should we, for any reason, fail to meet your expectations, you may notify us about it and we will suspend debiting funds from your account when current payment period expires (month). No money shall be returned for already delivered and paid for hosting services, except for the first 5 days of the service. Payback guaranty (Money Back) includes the cost of all hosting services, except for registration of domain names and the direct costs (installation OS, MSSQL, Control panel, RAID, additional RAM and HDD) incurred within the first 5 days of the service period.

Please note that any types of commercial advertising using e-mail: such as mailing of spam, unsolicited correspondence from our IP-space, are strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to suspend or stop service delivery. We also reserve the right to refuse a client rendering of our services in future, or suspend the services at our discretion. Violation of the conditions specified, will be a basis for immediate suspension of our services without refund.
