In accordance with Federal Law 126-FZ “On Communication” all entities engaged in rendering telecommunication services must have special licenses. Operation in communication without a license is subject to criminal punishment.

Mir Telematiki Company renders telecommunications services using HOSTKEY brand on the basis of a license for data communication, except for voice information communication services No 56756 of Russian Federal Surveillance Service for Mass Communications, Communications and Cultural Heritage Protection. This license is in the first group of licenses for rendering communication services, in other words, it is necessary for operation of any telecommunications company.

Moreover, we have a license for rendering telematic communication services No 56755 of Russian Federal Surveillance Service for Mass Communications, Communications and Cultural Heritage Protection.

A license for rendering telematic communication services is one of the most universal among communication services licenses. It allows rendering a greater number of services related to connection of devices with the purpose of integrated data processing and data storage.
